Hospitality is personal.

For over 30 years, my family has proudly owned and operated multiple restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés throughout Italy. Growing up surrounded by professional kitchens, fresh ingredients, and generations of culinary knowledge shaped not only my skills, but my passion for authentic Italian cuisine.

I pursued this passion formally by attending culinary school in Italy, where I graduated as a certified chef with a specialization in restaurant administration. My education, combined with decades of family experience, gave me a deep understanding of both the art of Italian cooking and the importance of hospitality.

After moving abroad, I realized there was an opportunity to bring something truly authentic to my community — not just Italian food, but the genuine Italian experience.
